1200 Amenities

The 1200 Master Association offers all of its residents a newly installed playground, tennis, pickleball, basketball, handball and a beautiful clubhouse.

The community clubhouse offers occupancy for 75 people.  It offers a large room with a dance floor, bar, full kitchen and bathrooms.  Perfect for any gathering.  It can be used by residents for private parties and/or social events.
